    Uh $285 for a 5lb cylinder? WHERE?!?
    I'll take two... or three.

When I bought I paid something like $145/pound and ordered 5 lbs. That was through Refron which I believe has been bought out and doesn't exist anymore.
Which kinda sucks. I still have a pound of r14 or two. And the cylinder was a $250 deposit I wonder if I can ever recover.

Airgas and Linders will both fill 5lb customer owned cylinders. Waiting to hear back on the price but suspect it will be around what I paid last time.
Very surprised you guys had to pay so much. Was a cylinder rental included in the cost for you?

    Nope just a deposit, $250.
I wasn't happy to pay that much but the Euro guys had told me before that they'd paid upwards of 200 euro/kg so I thought it wasn't totally out of proportion.

Sounds like it but they probably scale with Quantity. The more you buy the cheaper per pound? Or maybe they just dont like me

    same sized bottle but

    as 2.8 99.8% it's 410 before tax

    and 4.5 99.995% it's 695? before tax

i also got a price for 40l which contains 30kg at a bit higher pressure for 2100? but I'm not sure about the purity I think it's 2.8 which means same price as 10l
