Anyone knows which i5 and i7 models Apple uses on their current 2014 Macbook Pro 13.3 Retina models?

the dual core ones used in the serface for the i5 and the i7 dual core SOC for ultrabooks and tablets on the i7.

Do you have the specific model numbers? ex: Core i5 4xxx etc etc ?

For the i5 I doubt it is the same as Surface since wikipedia states 3317U and its stock clock speed is 1.7Ghz while on the Apple store the lowest 13.3r has a 2.4Ghz.

I just pretty much need two models which are the following:

2.6GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz
2.8GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz [Add $200.00]

same chip does not mean same squ. apple would use the non U versions since they are not in tablets.
