    Intel NUC

Has anyone tried messing with a NUC for WCG?

I have a i5-3427U based unit using it to run my ASIC miners, and thinking about doing some WCG with it. Thoughts?

Come on sleepy heads, wake up... (I'm looking at you 89 viewers), wake up!

So the performance per watt is pretty decent with the i5-3427U cpu. CPU is using about 15 watts loaded up... just sayin'.

I wonder what a cheaper i3 type NUC would do. Maybe we need an army of them.

That ^ could be a thing... It's in my basement where it's nice and cool... Max temps are 65 and 66C although I did notice the ALU case is warm to the touch.

This could be a slow topic if we are going to talk about efficiency with out reference to any stats
