For conversations with foreign language workers sometimes worth to use online translators. Dispite lot of possible errors, some kind of communication is better then none.

@ all = thanks for the input, advice, information, suport, help, etc :thumb:
I'm tired waiting reply from ZALMAN, useless about 2 weeks :thumbsdow
I will immediately remove and disassemble it and probably throw it into the trash
They forgot to fill it with liquid

Send them the pictures and post to all your tech sites. Fok Zalman with their shyt products and even shytier service. Do you have the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in your area? Lucky it caused no damage to your PC!
They go on the same shelf as Asus, the "I'll never buy/use" shelf.
Wow absolutely abused and unacceptable. Hope this ends well for you on Zalmans part. That oversight could have cost you a very expensive CPU. Imagine if you had IB-E chip and was ruined by a $80 AIO

Great to see things are much improved and you figured out a fix

Well... I already thought that this might me a possibility.
All the indications you mentioned thus far has lead me to think it's quite possible.

One thing I have to ask here though.
Are you using distilled water there? I don't see anything mentioning it in the pic you posted.
Mineral drinking water should NEVER be used for PC water cooling.
I think you need to mix the water with come chemical to prevent galvanic corrosion.
I really can not be certain that all the cooling components are made of copper there. We know the base of the waterblock is copper. But I don't see any copper whatsoever in the radiator side.
When you have 2 different metal groups in the same loop, connected with an electrolyte (water in this case) it will inevitably induce corrosion. Aluminium<>copper is a recipe for disaster while bronze<>copper is mostly non-reactive (still in the same metal group).
PS. I would have chosen a transparent tubing so I would know if corrosion is taking place.
If it does, the fluid will change color.
A transparent tube will also help when you want to inspect the amount of fluid left in the cooling system. In any water cooling system, water still escapes in form of vapor through the pores of the tubing, so you need to top it up once in a while.
Great job on fixing the problem!!!
Why someone might ever wish use mineral over distilled in LC? :/
Um, Gaul, ... water can not be both mineral and distilled at the same time.
That's like saying: this water is already distilled so it's pure H2O, but I added some minerals afterwards.... which makes it unsuitable for PC water cooling.
From PC WC perspective, minerals are basically contaminants.
I'd say the Amidis brand is just being frugal in their marketing jargon.
Regardless, we can't really tell if it's pure H2O or not from that kind of labeling.
It's best to just find one that specifically says: "distilled water" / "double distilled water" / "Bi-distilled water", with no mention of "mineral" anywhere.

I wish for nothing to be damaged during coolant-less use. At very least after refilling double-check for any possible leaks, as imho heated up tubing may deform more easy and become less reliably connected at cpu pump-block connections.
Is this kit really of mixed metals? Weren't it copper block and some copper round tubes in that custom made rad? Though even then there might be issue with algae growth, if not corrosion.
Well, there is nothing indicating that the tubes going through the rad fins are copper.
Checking the color of the parts I can see, I'm not detecting any copper color there.
Most rad manufacturer do not coat their rad with nickel or anything silver colored (most of the time they just sprayed a bit of paint just to make it look nice from the outside). But then again, Zalman is one of the exception to this common practice.
They DO coat their stuff completely in nickel.
So.... never mind... I guess.
Just replace the fluid with distilled water, instead of that distilled mineral water.
And as for the algae growth, add 1 drop of biocide or use silver koil for safety measure and you'll be all set.

ZALMAN already responsible, I really appreciate the apology
although late, but better than nothing
my advice: immediately handle your consumer complaint
