    help me fix video card please, resistor

    i have a video card that resistor was broken off of and i want to replace it but i don't really know if it's a resistor or something else,
    because it's light brown, i don't know if there is anything special about light brown resistors, im assuming its a resistor, if anyone knows what value that is or how
    i can measure it without unsoldering another one that would be great, because im not very good with a soldering iron, ... or would it be ok if i just ran a jump wire from one of the other ones?
    this is the power section of gv-r587ud-1gd 5870

    if it helps the resistance with the resistor on is 4.12kohm and without the resistor it's 4.10kohm, would that mean the resistor is 20ohm?

    EDIT: so after looking into it further, it appears that those are capacitors? measured in nF? can anyone confirm?
