    what about cstates?

also my volts are nowhere near where i put them, should i disable load line calibration? sorry for my not knowing , the last rig i overclocked was my q9550 and load line calibration always messed things up so it was always off.

yeah cuz i put vcore at 1.225 and it goes to 1.36, and i know this cpu can do 4.5@1.225 as ACE123 was able to run his benchmarks at this volts/speed, yes differant board but?

Under extreme load line calibration, at least on my board, the load voltage tends to be quite a bit higher than what I set it at. If you have your load line calibration in extreme or very high sometimes you have to set your voltage in the bios below where you actually want it under load. Your difference is great though. Perhaps you could bring it over sometime abd I can help you in person.
