Samsung SSD RMA?

Anyone know where to contact Samsung for an RMA# for a SSD? Drive is a 2 month old 840 Evo 120GB (Model MZ-7TE120) that randomly died as part of my RAID 0 boot volume

If I fill out the RMA request for here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/su...-0813-11000279
it just gives me Page Not Found error after completion. Have tried over a couple days, several browsers and from several PCs.

Service request area does not have any of their newer drives available as Model # and you cannot enter your own. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/request
I did the Service Request from My Account (registered the drive) and it only has Pickup as an option and seems geared toward TV's and appliances.

I don't know what the consumer laws are in the US? but here in UK I'd go to place of purchase if it were just 2 month old first ... hope you get it sorted.

Newegg only covers for 30 Days.

I've RMAed stuff with basically every tech company there is, why the heck is Samsung so hard to even begin the process?
