260x vs 6850/6870 vs 650ti

[i found nemo]

in real world vs benchmarks which would is better? i'm in the market for a new card for 140$. i see the 260x on newegg for 129$ and have spotted two 6870's on e-bay for 137$. power draw/heat is not a concern for me. so if you were in my shoes what would you choose? from what i gather a 650ti is slower than a 260x.. but i could be wrong. thank you for your input, guys.
