we're glad to announce that our new website and e-commerce is finally online.
DimasTech is a company working in varius fields, and we decided to split each division by creating his own site, by this way of splitting divisions, we can easily explain to our customer what we can do for them.
the webshop dedicated to our PC Enthusiast products is now on a different 2nd level domain http://shop.dimastech.it , the webshop have been implemented with new features, like promotions, better handling of discounted products, customization of products (color, accessories), better handling of parts available and a totally new user private area, where customer can see his past orders, download invoices, change his datas and get directly in contact with DimasTech via the Direct Line.
one of the very last innovations at DimasTech is the Customization of Products, by adding in the customizable product you favorite accessories, you will be able to save from 20 to 25% of the cost of the single accessory, and even better if there's some promotions going..the customer will be able to add the promotion code and still save other money.
The new handling of weight now let us quote directly shipping costs for each item/product via several shipping company, FedEx is now active and from next week UPS, and the real news is that now we can quote immediatly via the website for worldwide destinations.
one of the latest innovation not yet applied is the languages, we will have soon online Spanish and German Language, by the 2nd quarter also Portoguese and French.
