Question "the windows experience" test on w764....need little help

I hope this is the right posting area for my question:

I was a 7.8 I was trying for 7.9 it was only my cpu that was 7.8 everything else was 7.9.
got some new ram, tridentX cas7 2x8gigs, I cleared my cmos really good, then took the test again and blue screened, I have not blue screened for years, I got new sticks of this ram my 2nd set.
should I give more dram voltage, im at 1.66v now on my dram voltage, gskill says no problem on voltage the techs said.
    what could be my problem.
btw: my other ram which is ocz reaper would not blue screen during the windows experience test it would just reboot at the cpu area of testing almost at the end of test, just like it does in the same area with the gskill sticks.....could my windows7 be messed up ?
all othe programs work, I don't blue screen wxcept on this we test....
im running at 5650 MHz with nb cpu/nb ht all volts are up a few notches.....any advice?
    thanks
    Thanks Eagle101

If i remember correct, while the test is running there is a tab showing you what part is tested. Right before bsod, what part of performance is tested ?

Can you show your ram clock/timings and other bios settings ( especially voltages ) ?
