    800$ for a 1440p 120hz tn panel, waste of money. asus sells a IPS panel for under 600$,
    so 200$ for extra frames and worse everything else

    Clearly its marketed to FPS gamers where a TN panels response is better appreciated (Also note the ROG marketing/naming). I don't think you can find another 27" 1440p 120Hz monitor so this is clearly a winner in that segment.

    I think you better get acquainted with the QNIX QX2710 LED Evolution ll 27" 2560x1440 WQHD PLS (LG IPS) Matte Screen for 320$ before declaring a winner...

    Don't forget about the Back-Light stroboscopic, I know that QNIX don't support it because its not a 3D monitor and if the Asus don't support it either then yes the QNIX would be the better buy if you don't get a bad one...I think those QNIX are considered B grade monitors when they came off the line at Samsung or LG. I personally want to buy one of the QNIX I think they are worth it if you do the Pixel Perfect option.

    Thats a 60Hz monitor with a 6ms response, I am aware that it can be overclocked and some are capable of 120Hz.

    UPDATE: I now have confirmation of the P2815Q?s full specs, and have listed them below. Unfortunately, it tops out at 30Hz 3840 x 2160 and 60Hz for 1920 x 1080.
