After a few weeks of testing and watching for possible leaks, I decided it is good to go. Shipping is planned for this week.
I'm glad I don't have to unpack this thing. I used "Wood Glue"
Much more packing to come.

Looks very sleek Mr.DMC.
The performance is great, the braid is great, quality Danish compressor (Danfoss), 2 questions on the evap, the picture and my laptop monitor might fool me, but is that coated?
Also, I wonder how come the internal work of the evap became like that, wouldnt a CNC be easier and less painful along better result for you? Once again, I'm really not wise on this particular subject as I have none personal experience, im just here to learn
Only thing I am certain of, is that it will be put to good use by the owned =]

Mr B. -
The evaps have I have are smooth through the channel. If it were possible I would have some roughness added at production.
Chispy
I am very happy to see the single stage is working well. After 20 days of being lost by UPS I was getting worried there was a possibility of it being damaged. How long did it take you to get the boxes open?
20 days lost in shipping, OMG Chispy !!
Yep usual BS UPS service lost and found , then they change tracking numbers and no one knew where the package was after many phone calls and emails finally they found it and successfully delivered intact , Ron I had to use my power tools , hammer and a crowbar to open it , carefully it took me 30 minutes to open the fortress you made to protect the SS ,well done , that's the way any SS or Cascade should be packed by anyone who makes this machines , very hard sturdy wooden box with lots of screws and wood glued to the whole box , plus metal staples all over ,dual layer wood box , SS was attached firmly to the wooden box by lots of those hard plastic bands , everything was tidy and secured with lots of grade A shipping cushioning foam inside, then a triple layer of carton cushion , and lastly the outer box grade A hard rigid carton box with 9 hard plastic bands around it , you get A+++ on your packing skills Ron . I will enjoy it for many years to come thank you , I love it.
