After a few weeks of testing and watching for possible leaks, I decided it is good to go. Shipping is planned for this week.

I'm glad I don't have to unpack this thing. I used "Wood Glue"

    Much more packing to come.

    Looks very sleek Mr.DMC.
The performance is great, the braid is great, quality Danish compressor (Danfoss), 2 questions on the evap, the picture and my laptop monitor might fool me, but is that coated?
Also, I wonder how come the internal work of the evap became like that, wouldnt a CNC be easier and less painful along better result for you? Once again, I'm really not wise on this particular subject as I have none personal experience, im just here to learn

Only thing I am certain of, is that it will be put to good use by the owned =]

Very happy with this Unit , it performs like a little beast ,thank you Ron , package was intact , you did packed this thing like a tank ,well done. My 4930K passed cinebench R15 at 5250Mhz 1.50v like a Boss idle -45c full load holds at -38c ~ -39c , its capable of holding such a huge load. Here is a link to one of my early the pre-testing done today , tested for 8 hours no-stop and it never hick up once , well made unit SS , crafted and a piece of art , Thank you so much Ron for the immaculate job. Lots of fun ahead of me ,it will be put to good use as M.Beier said.

    Mr B. -
The evaps have I have are smooth through the channel. If it were possible I would have some roughness added at production.

    Chispy
I am very happy to see the single stage is working well. After 20 days of being lost by UPS I was getting worried there was a possibility of it being damaged. How long did it take you to get the boxes open?

Yep usual BS UPS service lost and found , then they change tracking numbers and no one knew where the package was after many phone calls and emails finally they found it and successfully delivered intact , Ron I had to use my power tools , hammer and a crowbar to open it , carefully it took me 30 minutes to open the fortress you made to protect the SS ,well done , that's the way any SS or Cascade should be packed by anyone who makes this machines , very hard sturdy wooden box with lots of screws and wood glued to the whole box , plus metal staples all over ,dual layer wood box , SS was attached firmly to the wooden box by lots of those hard plastic bands , everything was tidy and secured with lots of grade A shipping cushioning foam inside, then a triple layer of carton cushion , and lastly the outer box grade A hard rigid carton box with 9 hard plastic bands around it , you get A+++ on your packing skills Ron . I will enjoy it for many years to come thank you , I love it.
