Oppainter call this morning, he needs a place to stay

    Merry Christmas everyone

Eric called from LA this morning, spent an hour catching up on stuff.
He has that old AMD stuff still in the closet and drawers...
I think he was kidding around needing a place to stay.

Man that's a blast from the past. I hope he does have a place to stay(and he was joking) and more importantly is spending Christmas with his family.

I hoping the need a place to stay is a joke. Oppainter is an amazing guy. I haven't been around because of work for years and Im even at work now on Xmas. The joys of working IT in a data center. If Oppainter is really in need of help please let us know.

    Happy Holidays/Christmas

I called him back and he said he was kidding, he was "celebrating" and thinking of us when he called me.
I told him to come post on XS and he did in the wrong thread.
Eric married Helia 6 years ago and ended his overclocking career.

Now that's a name I haven't heard in a while. Seeing his world records years ago are what brought me to this site. He's quite the legend.

Haha very cool! Man I would love to collect the old hardware from OPP. The last year or so I've been buying old hardware off ebay that was popular back in the day of overclocking. KT7A, EPOX, Athlon chips, and NF7-S and a bunch of other stuff.

Now we need Mr. Icee to make contact.

It would be cool just to have an Old School Overclocking section lol since motherboards/graphic cards/cpu are so overpriced nowadays.

    check out "XS REVIEWS"

Want me to believe your hardware review? Show me a receipt

O wow, I just woke up, nothing like being almost homeless! I see I have “0” invites for a 16 month ago homeless thread  Not one coach invite for the offering, ha ha!!
How’s everybody? I tend to pull off a rumsfulstilskin image now and again, probably misspelled the rum word.

If this works then someone please reply. No worries I have a nice Cool place to reside at with my wife. But let’s talk story anyway.

When I saw "I think he was kidding around needing a place to stay." I sort of put it out of my mind.
Besides, I'm quite a distance away from you..

No fishing for me..Been a long year, July 17,2013.. three heart attacks in 35 minutes and now 5 stents in my 4 heart arteries..
I've been talking it VERY easy the past year..Any easier and I'd change the nic from Movieman to Cucumber as I've been doing a lot of vegging!
