Where to get a 24 volt fan?

As the title asks, where can I get a 24 volt fan, 40mm X 40mm X 10mm? I'd rather not spend $10 to ship a $5 item.

Prefer at lest half-way decent quality. Fluid or hydro-wave bearing or something other than sleeved at least.

Any suggestions for e-tailers?
