Highest run time average ever @ WCG

    World Community Grid on Facebook

What do you get when you have the equivalent of 186,000 computer cores running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Why, you get the highest run time average World Community Grid has EVER seen!! Keep on crunching everyone, we are so appreciative! http://ow.ly/rAUNS

I tell many of my friends have who an interest in computers about WCG and I get such negative, hopeless responses. Nonetheless, we crunch on for SCIENCE! - and heating our houses.

My run time is: 14:117:01:37:58 (#7,990)

    Points Generated: 92,928,972 (#791)

    Results Returned: 222,271 (#632)

I was going to do some math, but I'm sick and my brain hurts!

My brain hurts, even when I'm not sick.

Yes I have learned that trying to talk to people about it can get some mixed results some of which I would never have expected. Now I might just mention how a project I participated in got some results and we will hopefully have better treatments for AIDS or more efficient solar cells. If it peaks interest I continue. Some people just don't get it though.

Hope you get to feeling better soon!
