Will a GTX 770 be enough?

So here is a screen shot of my GPU and CPU usage from running Battlefield 4. Looks to me that GPU (285 GTX) is maxing out, and my CPU (Q6700 @ 3.2) is only going about 1/2.. Do you think getting a GTX 770 will be a good choice. I don't really have the money for CPU/MB/RAM.. So I want to make sure I'll notice the difference with a 770 for now.

Both are a bottleneck, you need a new CPU (Maybe a 650Ti for now, would still make a good upgrade)
You can at least move to a socket that will support an i5 or i7 down the road like i did.

Your screenshot isn't showing up, but your CPU will never really show full usage in games, it isn't going to be "visible" as the major bottleneck that it actually will turn out to be.

Either way you'll need both a new GPU and CPU/MB depending on settings and resolution, but the GPU should probably be the first upgrade. Kingcarcas suggests 650Ti and that would be a good option to save extra money toward an inexpensive CPU/MB combo from Frys or Microcenter.
