Prototype: Give us your feedback - PC-A51

    Hey Everyone,

We would like to introduce our new prototype aluminum case - PC-A51 - before it goes into production. Let us know what you like and dislike, as well as reasonable changes you would make to this case, so that we can provide the best chassis possible.

As a short overview, the PC-A51, comes from the same line as the popular PC-A05N. Looking at the many mods of this case as well as customer feedback, we have updated the design for today's users. The PC-A51 supports 240/280mm radiators, has increased cable management with 30mm (1.2") of space behind the motherboard tray, and a new tool-less HDD bay system that allows for either 2.5" or 3.5" drives.

As in the PC-A05N, the PSU is front mounted which allows the chassis to be smaller, and lets you can take full advantage of all space available.

The windowed version of the PC-A51 has a anodized black and red exterior and interior making it one of our more aggressive looking towers, special edition chassis aside.

Check out the photos below. We invite your comments.

I would suggest extending that top mesh panel to another 120 (140 if possible)mm to be able to fit a triple radiator up there. It will most likely require moving the power/reset buttons together with front usb/audio panel
An unfortunate person is one tries to fart but sh1ts instead...

Not everyone wants the USB mounted @ the top face, yes the front panel looks clean as is but what happens if you want to place the case inside a cabinet, this also applies to the insane placement of USB/audio @ the side (only my opinion) with some of your HTPC cases so housing the HTPC in a tv cabinet becomes problematic
lots and lots of cores and lots and lots of tuners,HTPC's boards,cases,HDD's,vga's,DDR1&2&3 etc etc all powered by Corsair PSU's

will recomend it to friends and will buy one too,
IF a 360 rad will fit on top without modification and the power/reset B. should be moved to the front panel if possible.
Is there any intake fan at the bottom of the case and can you make the case a bit wider so that one can mount a tube res. with pump close to the pci slots.

The current version does have ventilation with a filter at the bottom of the case. We are planning to add mounts for fans/radiators at the bottom for more options.

Still in the design stages so not sure on availability yet. Perhaps Q1 2014.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Hi Shocker,

For our original prototype, a 360mm rad will not fit. We are not sure if we will add this feature to this case, due to space restraints, however we are thinking to also release a bigger version of this case in which 360mm rad compatibility would work.
