    15000 CDs to Sort

I have a large collection of MP3 files to sort and search. I am looking for software that can organise my collection and search for CD titles and songs.

Around 95% of the music has been ripped into folders with all the correct tags and then placed in a folder for that band/artist.

But problems arise when you have Eric Clapton who has been in many bands and played with many artists.

    Any suggestions welcome!

In the past, I've used Media Monkey. It seems to do a pretty good job of sorting artists and bands. I think mp3tag can also sort, but I have only used it to tag mp3's and FLAC's.

Now that I'm spending much more time in Linux, I'm gonna have to find a replacement for Media Monkey.
