    Sadly, I doubt WCG will support something like that any time soon

    It really depends on whether it shows up as a coprocessor like a GPU or a bunch of additional cores. These things are x86 processors, not OpenCL or CUDA devices, and use the same coding language as any other x86/64 processor. The only way to know for sure it to throw BOINC on a machine that has one and see what happens.
