And finally, here is my Maximum bench-able 7970 core clock at the cap of 1.3v, the memory could go further but I don't like over-volting memory:
    3770k@4.7
    7970s@1270, 1800

Firestrike normal (couldn't get a full run at 1270 core on the non-extreme firestrike):

I've played Batman, Crysis 3 and Far Cry 3 so far with the 7970s set @ a contemporary 1250 core and 1600 memory and the system is completely stable. I only get artifacts running above 1260 core...so the only way to keep going is to volt mod my cards for more voltage....but I'm not doing that cause I've got more than enough graphics power already. I got my mail-in rebates back and sold the extra games that came with the cards so I only spent ~$516 for the two amazingly nice overclocking cards.

Very nice. great price for the cards. You should be very happy. I know, I would be.

How do you find crossfire. I can still get another 7950 for my second rig.

With AMD's new Frame Pacing enabled drivers, any supported game plays awesome...which is pretty much any game worth playing. I would suggest getting another 7950...I could overclock my 7950 to 1225 core 1700 memory and it was nearly as fast as the 7970....two 7950s would scream!!!!.

Are you saying memtest 1.7? I don't know what you are saying for sure.

Wow, I mentioned earlier that I had to RMA my Asus Maximus v Gene...well Asus lost it and accidentally sent me a Z87 Pro ???. Well, Asus support quickly sent me a shipping voucher to return the Z87 and then Overnighted me a Brand-New Maximus v Gene......That's Awesome that I got a brand-new board.

Any how, I will post Battlefield 4 benchmarks tonight...

Wow, I get a weird "bubble=false" error when I try to upload pictures...so my spectacular BF4 benchmark is reduced to this:
The BF4 level is "Get to the Bridge" on the Valkerie ship...I just got back from the Titan ship. BF4 is maxed out on Ultra so MSAA is maxed out at 4x also. The "max. heat reached =" is the hottest I could get the cpu and video cards after hours of continuous gaming on BF4 with my W.C.ing loop.

    3770k @ 4.5 (max. heat reached = 62c)
    7970s @ 1225, 1500 (max. heat reached = 53c)
    Monitor @ 1080x1920
    BF4 @ Ultra with Vsync=on:
    Min:102, Max:122, Avg:120

    Same everything except Vsync=off
    Min:106, Max:201, Avg: 154

And Frame Times...the chart shows it took on average 9ms till the next frame was rendered so 9ms frame times.

So, compared to Guru 3D's performance analysis of the 7990 in BF4...I'm averaging 28 FPS more and my Frame Times are ~ 2 to 3 ms less....which is really really good. The 7990 can do 83.1% the performance my crossfire setup can do. Or, my crossfire system is 120.3% the performance the 7990 offers...Wow!

This is officially my 120hz gaming machine for BF4...the game is so crystal clear and absolutely no motion blur what-so-ever thanks to maintaining a 120fps frame-rate in combination with 3D Frame Sequential back-light strobing (a.k.a. 2D LightBoost).

BF4 Tashgar level (small town full of Russians) This is the most taxing level yet (everything maxed out):
    Min:59, Avg:74, Max:114

What is the voltage you use for 1225, 1500?

1300mV "core" in Afterburner...I just max it out...and I never over-volt the memory. I'm sure I could set the voltage much lower at this clock but I don't want to fuss with it since I'm on water and the temps never go over 60C anyways.

Everything i've shown in this thread the voltage has always been at 1300mV core.

I never over-volt Video Card memory because back in the FSB overclocking days I went through 3-pairs of G.skill memory because of over-volting to get a higher CPU clock...pretty much you are guaranteed to burn up memory if you over-volt to much and every memory module is different so I just clock as high as the default V will let me...On Video Card's Memory...that is, because you got to replace the whole card if you break a memory module on the card.
