Help with a crazy Aquaero 5 XT

So I bought my Aquaero 5 XT sometime ago but I have not had time test it until recently.

Then I realize that my touch screen is not responding at all, it does respond to my wireless controller however.

Furthermore, the controller takes random command somehow, the my screen would flip all over the place then got into some setting then back out and so on.

Any of you have an idea what's going on? Please help

The controller is only connected to 3 fans and power at this point, the fans does work.

    Hi,
Do you use the Aquasuite software? What firmware has your XT?

Some early XT's had problems with very over sensitive touch screens. It sounds like that is what is happening.

It seems like with the faceplate, the pins on the touchscreen are not all the way into the back-board, I am not sure if that's the problem thou

Which pins? All pins have to be in their position.

Have you also tried to lower the key sensitivity in the software?

It is OK that the pins stand out a bit. They are long enough to make contact in the connector.

like Shoggy was saying my pin stands out a bit rather than all the way in, but that seems to be the case in your picture too

That is the reason of the picture. I supposed the pins are OK.
