Question Help find memory besides eBay

sorry to ask here, but, currently attempting to upgrade to 64-bit

in my sig is my memory. I only have 4GB, so obviously would like to max it with this board.
    I have some laying around: I have 2 sticks of CMX256A-3200LL XMS3200 256 MB 400MHZ 2356, AND 2 of XMS3202V1.1 024805 CMX256A-3200 C2

can I use any of these to max my board?
if not, please recommend place to buy memory besides eBay?

My next new build will involve a lot more Corsair, but, I have to budget it after the kids get their Christmas gift first. If I'm successful with adding more memory, this current build will go to my eldest god-daughter who's getting more involved in Science and will require more than her iPad can offer----sigh: kids nowadays.

    thanks

Microcenter still has 1.8V DDR2 800Mhz RAM. If you wan inexpensive RAM though, you'll have to roll the dice with Craigslist or eBay though.

Completely understand that I'm in a bind, hence, if I'm going to pay, I'll pay with my loyalty to Corsair. Corsair has been good to me for almost 10yrs.
I'll give Microcenter a call, but I really need to up this at least 8GB. Matching would make my life easier.

    appreciate your suggestion

    UPDATE: Found some more.
    I have a CM2X2048-6400C5DHX XMS2-6400 2048MB 800Mhz 5-5-5-18 1.80v ver4.1 08010010...these are silver with yellow and orange label,

    unlike my CM2X2048-6400C5DHX 5-5-5-18 1.80V ver4.1 that are black
    will these work?

    thanks for your assistance btw
