The Real Story - What Simon Really Does

This is a difficult story to tell.

I have chosen to work on AR/VR projects because they are an extension of a core vision.

This vision is the culmination of my work in developing new technology primarily for AR but as I have come to comprehend it, VR and AR bleed to together and intellectually I see them as part of one primordial soup.

The story is starting to spill out at the edges. There is more to it for those who search very diligently. But today I have two announcements.

First, today I published this piece on BSN. It is intended to show the hand without giving away the game: http://www.brightsideofnews.com/news...d-reality.aspx

Second, I am giving a Keynote at The Shawnee 11.0 Gaming, Simulation & Immersive Technologies Conference is devoted to all aspects of gaming, game design, simulation and immersive technology and will be held on the campus of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, OH on November 1, 2013 http://www.shawnee.edu/shawnee11/

I hope these become more interesting over time - it is early days, and these topics seem nebulous and speculative. But they are becoming reality - fast. And in technology today, you can be early, or you can be late. If anyone can make it to Ohio, it would be great to see you.
