Not sure if you mean gaskets or O rings as found in waterblocks. I can only give you UK sources but you should be able to find locally

When I worked at Kryotech way back when, we did a lot of custom gasket making. We found a guy that did laser cutting and were able to get gaskets made by him. We simply took him a SolidWorks drawing and the gasket material (we usually got that from McMaster-Carr if I remember correctly). So, maybe you can look for someone close to you that does that sort of stuff. Good luck

In the U.S. many auto parts stores carry sheet neoprene rubber gasket material. MacMaster-Carr also sells rubber in a variety of thicknesses and hardness.

Then you buy a kit. And build your own. Like this:

No idea how to do much else, but a oring built with a special shape will need to be made in lots of 500++ with development costs etc.

It's all up to you. See if a block manufacturer will tell you who they use.

    Good luck!
All stock for now, no need for more, but it's gonna be soon methinks.

O-rings do not need to be installed in just circular shapes, they can be used in any configuration as long as the o-ring is sized properly for the groove and the length/circumference of the o-ring is correct for the groove. An o-ring splice kit can also work if you are unable to find the correct o-ring length for your application.

Make your own with black RTV

Can't say that the block would come back apart easily, but it wouldn't leak...

Laser cutting is only for prototyping. For the series you need the stamp press cutter. Otherwise here's the trick:

Tell me the total lenght of the inner side of the o-ring channel (recess) and I will tell you the correct size o-ring
