^Just have to test them, could be win or fail, probably more of the latter.

gskill is one of the manufacturers who actually do not let many suprises on low-end binns, like 1600 7-8-7.That being said, chanches of getting one decent set with the specs for benching is rather low,i suggest you look for something else.

1040, early PSC Batch, must be X-PSC. The specs are not bad, 7-8-7 at 1,35v is not too bad a bin for PSC. But if these scale with voltage only tests will show, as well as if these do 1200/1300 which you need and want with hard subs at 7-11-7/8-12-8. Ecos are not known to be best of brand at psc, but some early kits did good job at OC. Without pretests, risky purchase

    I had a 7-8-7 Eco 1.35V on i5 750 and P55 were 7-9-7 1100MHz with 1.65/1.68v

at the time was what I tested, do not know if the current IB / Haswell would do more.
    nevertheless very good in height.

That 2v stuff is probably micron. That first ripjaw kit that you posted, I'd be certain that they're psc. You said you can get from a friend, so you can always check. I have a kit and they're elpida.

Try to work with the boards profiles - good psc should do at least 1200 tight psc profile, on Z77 this is 7-11-7-28 with hard subs. These are no ideal bench settings with profile because of twcl setting (is at least on z77 asus twcl8) but shows you potential of the mems. Maybe someone using Haswell can give you more detailed advice, but this is first step to see if these are good, mediocre or bad psc

the thing my friend is that i dont really know if those are PSC...im tweaking now and they go boot same speed with 1.75vdimm but still they pass 13 loops of SPI32, either way before only 1M

    thanks mate

Hi,I never run auto volts on any of my PSC,ivy and haswell,I always set volts my self, on haswell my auto volts are way to high.Just on ic the code 640 I thought they may be BBSE,Sam would be a good one to answer this

Edit,on the volts thing, imc, ioa, iod this is how important it is,lets say im running 2700Mhz 6-10-6 @ 2.1v auto imc, ioa, iod and it is failing at first loop on 32M,the correct imc, ioa, iod volts can make that pass 32m.
Ivy is the same as well in my testing

    Known PSC based memory

    G.Skill:

    G.Skill Pi
    G.Skill Flares
G.Skill Ripjaws (Red & Blue heatspreaders)
    PC3-12800 ECO 8-8-8-24 (sometimes Elpedia?)
    PC3-19200 PIS 9-11-9-28 F3-19200CL9D-4GBPIS
    PC3-20000 Trident 9-11-9-28 F3-20000CL9D-4GBTDS

mines are 7-8-7-24 so maybe not PSC but they do go pretty high, can BBSE go that high also ?
