BSel mods for Intel Xeon X54xx

I am trying to do a System clock mod to an Intel Xeon X5460 to increase the system clock from 333Mhz to 400Mhz. I have read a lot of people talking about it ; but can't seem to find anyone who will actually share the info/pictures on how to actually do it. I have found the datasheet for the processor and identified the correct lands (BSEL0, BSel1, BSel2) to accomplish this; but, I don't know what to do to the lands. Some mods take conductive pens and connect two or four of the lands. Some mods take electrical tape and just insulate the lands.

Can anyone out there in internet land help me?
