Playing with bios settings I crashed the linux install I had running.
That install gave me numbers like:
Floating Point Speed: 2,269.04 million ops/sec
Integer Speed: 8,598.09 million ops/sec
As far as I am aware I have got all the original settings back in bios and a quick run on windows shows rig running @ 2.4 with turbo and mem at 1600 cl10 (as before)
For the re-install I used Mint 15 (the old was 14). Maybe I messed up something because now I have in the log:
1693 floating point Mips Whetstone
8717 Integer Mips Dhrystone
I am open to any thoughts on this....especially a means to trace the issue.
