chipsy: I know code 55 very well ...After LN2 my DRAM died ...I dont know how because I had safe voltage at them (1.85V, -145-150C). After I shutdown PC, removed all hardware part and next day DRAM not worked...Not only at Z87, but at Z77 and AM3+ not too ...

What ram were you using my friend ?
I have been using only Sammies Team extreme LV 2400 Cas 9 running at ~2700+ cas9 thight 2.0volts for a long time now , Ram kit still alive , maybe bad luck or bad modules , I hope they come back to life , let them rest for a while and clean the ram up with alcohol 99% , that helped me before with ram when I use vaselne on them sometimes code 55 until I clean the Vaseline up with alcohol. try it. good luck.
Kind Regards; Angelo.
I had TridentX 2666 (hynix) and only 1.85V+LN2 DRAM pot. You cleaned only "plugs" to slots or all memory (removed heatsink etc)?

ralle_h, how does it scale up to 5GHz SPI 32m?
Guys what is raising the cache multi supposed to help? I tested from 39x to 45x in Pi and 3D11 physics and saw no difference

Nice one Dumo , I hope is a good cpu my friend. Same here it took me 8 cpus to find a good one that would boot on air / water at 5.0Ghz 1.32v
So can someone suggest 5Ghz voltages? Its taking up days for me to crawl up (and I guess with no good result). My Current Settings that I can do on MSI MPower :
1.16V for 4.6Ghz 4c/8t. VRIN - 1.85, VDimm - 1.65V, Everything else stock. And its Hyperpi and Linx stable. Just when I was starting to think I had a god chip, I tried higher and kept failing.
BUT cant get 5.0Ghz or even 4.8Ghz stable for my life. Tried
VRIN - 1.8 to 2.1V
Vcore - 1.16 to 1.3V
VRING - Auto to 1.25 (This is what I am going to play with today more)
SA - +.2V
ioa - +.1 to .2V
iod - +.1 to .2V
VDIMM - 1.65V
I am able to boot into windows but cannot get any benchmarks to run at 4.8Ghz or 5.0G. Load Temperatures have not crossed 75C.

Try vRIN +0.4 to your vCore, its more than enough. As seen in my previous post the scaling could be very bad. You will need a higher vCore. Try 1.4V+ ;-). A good prime / LinX chip is not automatically good at high clocks, the scaling varies...
thebanik,
Which Linx (linpack) version are you running? Apparently there is a problem with the latest Linpack integrated into it (see this thread at the end for details)
What I am seeing is that I cannot run anything at 1.2V+ without cpu throttling when running the latest Linpack from the command line which works properly. Of course this load for most 24/7 tasks is very unlikely but the issue is still there. I have yet to test it but it seems that it would be close to throttling temps even at stock clocks and stock cooler which is not fine.

If all people would share opinions in an objective manner, the world would be a friendlier place
I have found strange thing about my 4670K OC... kind of voltage step..
for 4.6GHz needs 1.2V, for 4.7GHz is 1.22V, but for 4.8GHz is 1.27V... 100MHz difference but require 0.05V more..
same voltage step is with Vring, even greater cause 0.15V.. for 4.8GHz needs 1.3Vring, but for 4.7GHz only 1.15Vring...
