What the hell you guys start to become crazy. PSC batch is new ocing funny thing now. I only am sure PCB KO-8155 green PCB is the best for psc and bbse because 8155 is double copper PCB.

last week i got a kit Corsair Platinium 4x4gb 2400mhz 9-11-11, i testet the 2 best sticks on air and dice, no pot just dice directly on mem,
on dice it was i a bit unstable, 1 out of 4 times it dont complete 32m, i think ln2 is better for stability

i use 32m for stability test

    1489 mhz dice

    1512 mhz 1m dice

    Andre,

we haven't started to become crazy, we (in America) have been crazy. we *apparently* love eating light bulbs and snorting wasabi.

btw... light bulb eating record holder went on to pursue a career in robbing 11 banks shortly afterwards.

    @ allen

since Andre has mentioned the PCB, I have a kit of the c8 2133 gskills that are KO-8117 so it would appear that there are differing green pcbs as well.

I reball ICs from black to green 8155. Voltage and cold are perfect.

I would need something like this to repair the dead 2300cas8 stick in my drawer .
@Allen PCB is a factor, but thinking of the 2200 RipjawX black PCB from Sam doing good on cold and several highend mems with 8155 failing on cold, obviously not the only one^^

    That kit is an anomaly

I still think at the end of the day testing each stick under LN2 individually is the best way to go, then combine the best of the best and test the pair, but so much work.

Yeah I pretty much do this, start with testing sticks individually on air then move to Ln2,do this to all my new sticks to see how they fair with my current sticks

I don't think any of my Samsung has ever seen less than 2.02v

You and C-N literally have the best Samsung HCH9 in existence, I have yet to see any kits perform half as good as yours, so I am sure the cold results will be nothing short of win!

Awesome mate this is exactly what I thought we should be able to run to kinda equal BBSE on air.

No doubt I'll give it a go sometime but atm happy to see Samsungs doing this on Z87.....

I keep good ones, but reball all of bad ones and re-sort these ICs to make more good ones. Thats what I do now.
