Here is a couple :P Benched at computex and at ASRock a couple days before the show. Little distracting benching at the show.

    Splave - 5:56:016 - 50x100 - 1368.4MHz - 6-10-6-24-64-1 - ASRock z87 OCF-M - Gskill 2300mhz 2x2GB/PSC - 2.25v - Ln2/Ln2

*woops no aida and tad over speed so just for fun, dont add to score board
    Splave - 5:56:922 - 37 x 135 - 1353mhz 7-9-7-18-58-1T - Avantium 2133 9-9-9 - Ln2/Ln2

    Splave - 5:59:187 - 48x104 - 1459.2MHz - 9-12-12-21-108-1 - ASRock z87 OCF-M - CorSaIR 2666mhz 2x4GB/Samsung - 2.3v - Ln2/Ln2

Little fun with frozen samsung and max cpu speed.
    2922 9-12-12-21-108-1t 2.3vDimm

And a little cas5 PSC fun, not the best time but doing this for 10 days straight you need to have some fun with it.
    Splave - 5:56:953 - 50x100 - 1302MHz - 5-10-5-25-68-1 - ASRock z87 OCF-M - Gskill 2300mhz 2x2GB/PSC - 2.25v - Ln2/Ln2

Lastly a proper high speed run with frozen PSC.

thanks to Nick for a crazy 10 ten day but fun, asrock for flying me out and putting me up, avexir for being awesome and for secret dimms to come XD, antec, thermaltake, corsair, hkepc guys as well...

    yehaaa thanks splave

this gives a nice indication as to what us guys can use. Seems like PSC is still the boss. and samsung is fun but not competitive enough. will have some own testing tonight,

    woop!

^ this, psc is still the best for most uses when you se thte timings properly. the imc on the 6.5ghz chip cant push frequency much passed 2600 when at speed. so in that case bbse would be stronger with 6-9-6-18-58 but in most cases yes psc is the best when frozen. on air samsung is bossss.

PS: DAMN don_dan you are quick

ofcourse seems that 3-4 timings are the only ones that matter and they are just too loose at such high frequency for best times.

    Asrock OCFM looking sick guys

Sorry for the thick question but could anyone tell me the difference between the Asrock OCF & the OCF/AC please?

This is the best I can do atm apart from trying CL9. Cant run any faster yet or get uncore up apart from using a little bclk or 1.25 so looking forward to a new BIOS.

I have a feeling gigabyte mobo's apply higher cache speed rather than one read from cpu-z,you aida numbers are pretty good considering cas 10 and that cache speed directly affect those numbers. But great run c-n,it's good to have all the familiar faces from ivy thread here Bonus we got nick in the race too

I'm sure its stuck as I did a quick test between 3500 & 3900 @ 2666 which gained about a second then set 5000 & found no gain. I would hope for a second + from 3900 ~ 5000. I cant test this any fairer with bclk etc as the BIOS is too flaky with these Samsungs. Its early days atm so I will just have to wait until GB fix the BIOS & see what happens.

Looks to me Nick/Splave are the race I was quite happy to see Splave make a few Samsung runs which is all I'm really interested in running so got an aiming point.

Cache speed too high will effect stability of 32m . and also no gain when u bench with higher CPU mhz

So u can find a proper cache speed for maximum performance
