Choosing DDR3 Memory on Ivy Bridge

    Hi guys!

    G.SKILL F3-12800Cl6D-4GbPI
    G.SKILL F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM
    G.SKILL F3-16000CL9D-4GBRM

    In short:
    No
Only if you find a very good kit and cool it with LN2

    No

In my opinion your 2666 CL10 kit is better than all of those options.

Neyasit, those corsair platinums are very good. For spi32m you can easy bench 1333 9-12-12 at around 1.8 vDIMM, and more if you are willing to go nuts with volt. 2x2 psc and bbse is really only good if you have bad IMC/mobo/bios and can't run 1300+. Also with haswell 1400+ ram will rock.

Calathea, If I had these Сorsairs, it would be cool, but I have exactly the most common Samsung DH0 for about 20$ per kit

I thought you had a Dom Plat or TridentX 2666CL10 kit as well. You mean you clocked some OEM Samsung sticks to 2666CL10, right?
In my opinion a good Samsung kit ( 2400CL9 or 2666CL10 ) would be the best choice for you. As Calathea said you can run 2666CL9 or 2800CL10 with them which should be good enough for 32M.

Elpida BDBG will be comparable to similarly spec'd PSC Xxx ICs, but slightly ( or a lot ) worse, I don't think those sticks would be a good choice for MOA, especially keeping in mind the benchmarks you have to run. Of course you can try them if you can get them for cheap!

For MOA spi32M I would recommend bbse, even mediocre stuff that does 1200 8-10-7 @ 1.8 volt is fast on Mpower - faster than 1350 9-12-12 because of borken dividers... just like Splave I have not had any luck at all with divider higher than 2400, it's just super slow.

edit: I realise this is quite the opposite of what I wrote earlier, but for MSI mobo I can not recommend samsung.

Didn't know about the MPower's problems with higher dividers, BBSE that can do 1200 CL8 should be easy to find though.
