Anyone want an hd 7990 ?

I am wondering if ES graphics cards are monitored as closely as intel ES chips?

How would someone in Driftwood Texas who has no other computer related sales that I could find end up with an ES of a 7990.

Probably not. Since AMD does have offices in Texas I'm sure they would love to know about this add.

100% Illegal, that's an ES card. You don't technically own those. They're simply loaned to you forever.

Tempting but I'll pass on hoping retail 7990's are cheaper (and legal).

AMD guy, "Hey buddy, can you list this video card on eBay for me? I'll give you $20."

    Buddy, "Yeah sure!"

Usually in these cases, AMD will have their loss prevention guy bid and win it so they can source it back to whoever had that serial #.

I may or may not have personal experience in such a situation...

I doubt it, as much as I like AMD, I very much doubt they have that sort of $ to waste

Oh, they won't be paying for it !! They will just tell eBay it's an illegal item, and they own it. They just needed to be sure someone didn't get their hands on it.

But hey I'm just speculating, that's what I'd do if I where AMD.
