I call fake on this one too.
CPU-Z got some security flaws.
I did the test by modifiying Radeon .inf drivers files and I'm running HD9900 myself

A couple of very convincing-looking photos of a GTX 770 with Titan-style cooler, rumor of 1200mhz stock clock on it for core (1536sp) and potentially (poster seems unsure) unlocked voltage? EDIT2: Poster rumoring $350-400 MSRP and unlocked voltage strongly.
EDIT: Here are the pics rehosted by me:

SHINY!!!!!!!!!!!
(Pardon the triple-post)
dont tell me they slashed two phases off the 680 and gave it higher clocks on a 4+2 lol
i can see the threads already "my 770 smells like smoke""think my 770 is dead" "camp fire around my ivy" lol ..
just kidding but thats also an nv move and is thier #2 title after "king of the refresh crown"with 88gts 512 98 gtx 98gtx+ 250gts which is a great achievment and record that may never be broken in our lifetime.
Mabe if they made the rest of the board as good as the chip on them we could get voltage control
