How do you thank someone?

Well that pretty much proved that he didnt, right?
But yes, to have the actual function, there is a postcount requirement, I think this is to prevent people from making multiple accounts and thank themself.... However, multi accounts on this forum is strictly forbidden - so in my book, it doesnt make much sense.

I honestly have no clue, but why else would one want to make the feature depend on postcount?

Probably adds credibility to people? I don't know I normally thank someone when they have been able to answer a question that I haven't been able to find...
