There are two reasons for this, Kenny:
    - summer PC sale slowdown
    - specs CFR was frequently used on are also doable with other ICs (such as Samsung 4Gbit or Hynix MFR), I don't list such items in this thread since IC candidate range would be just too wide

Oh, I'm not going 100% on the items you link, I am searching Ebay every few days- there are fewer choices....and the price is higher I find MFR to still be a bit too expensive.

First thing I look at is the PN and CMT__ suggested PSC, now that I had a second look - these might indeed be Hypers.
    Thank you

the pic shows rev 2.1 if you look closely which is hypers. could be a type-o as the g and t are next to eachother.

I know, but I'd probably ask the seller which rev it is before placing a bid.

Elpida MGH Hypers, unless PN is correct in which case X series PSC
Quick question...wouldn't the timings be 8-9-8-24, if they were the PSC based "CMT" kit, instead of 8-8-8-24 for the Hyper based "CMG"?

Seller lists contradicting info - CMT part says 8-9-8 (PSC), pic and description say 8-8-8 (Hypers).

Yeah, the info doesn't match, but other than the CMT part number, everything else points to Hypers, right?

Like you said, the description, as well as the pic, are all indicative of Hyper based modules.
