    No, such specs give little to no hint on chips in use.
    But brand does, Crucial memory is usually Micron-based.

    $350 would be way too much since you can get same amount of 2400C9 GSKill TridentX with same ICs for nearly half the price.

    Totally agree with you, I was looking for them both, specially the G.Skill, but no way I could find the 2400C9 TridentX, just the C10.
