700 Series arrival and what is twice the power of my 460?

So two questions anyone know any legit dates for the 700 series cards?
What is a legit upgrade that is twice as powerful as my current GTX 460, my 460 has and still is a great card which I can play whatever just not necessarily maxed out. I guess to put this another way, what is the cheapest card that is twice as strong as my 460? This way I know what the starting point should be for an upgrade.

p.s. not looking for a 460 in sli kinda response.

I'm sure a GTX670 or 660TI would be the best bang for the buck for you if you're only going with NVidia, I'm sure the GTX780 will probably be priced around $600 and the GTX770 will probably be priced around $480 (near the price of the 680).

I agree with you, a GTX 660Ti is approx. twice the GTX 460 and 660 is around ~70% :
