But a bottle of PHN Nuke or another (Mayhem deadwater? etc) costs $7 and will last through 30 loop redos?

Sure, if you know the amount of $$ purity of CS vs the amount of the other liquid. I don't, do you? Please post it.
All stock for now, no need for more, but it's gonna be soon methinks.

PT nuke is or at least was copper sulfate solution and the amount in that bottle cost less than a nickle to make.
When you buy copper sulfate it's purity will be listed. 100% pure is easy to find.
Start with whatever amount of warm distilled water you want, add copper sulfate until no more will disolve, pour the solution into a small sealable plastic container such as a dropper bottle leaving any undisolved copper sulfate behind and you're done, it's that simple and will be the same every time. A half ounce would last the average user many years so you'll have plenty to give, trade or sell to friends.
It's poisonous so keep it away from children and pets.
I've been making my own for over 30 years.

    hello

problem solved, i made an upgrade to my watercooling system, thanks to all who helped on picking hardware

    i bought:
    -koolance cpu 380i waterblock
    -2x swiftech mcr320-xp
    -6x scythe typhoon 1850rpm ap-15 fans
    -new tygon tubbing
    -new liquid and AS5

i shorten the circuit and remove front bay reservoir, and made the circuit like this: Pump>gpu>cpu>rads>reservoir on top of pump, i see big flow and pressure

i passed from 50/60 to 20/30 on idle on load it goes to 40/50 max

and i still have only 1 rad whit fans working another on passive, miss some fans conector y divisor wires

very impressed, i believe i now have a normal watercooling system

and now i have a decent retaining system on my cpu waterblock

Your using a dye or colored liquid? Not recommended.............

    Your stuff though.

did you ever pop apart your old CPU water block and see if it was clogged?

yes it was clean inside, the problem was in the defective retaining system, that didnt gave optimum contact between cpu and waterblock

water temp is 21?C, 2?C above ambient temp, now whit 6 fans on rads on full speed

still amazed about the temps i am getting, i let the computer for 20mins when i came back i had the gpu at 20?C and the cpu getting temps below 30?C in most cores, water temp is currently at 19.5?C and current ambient temp is 19?C

amazing considering i have 1.35v vcore running at 4.5ghz

opnions, i guess this is the good it can get, considering a normal watercooling system correct?

still amazed what this watercooling can do

    i am currently at 1.39v for 24/7 4.8ghz

but i wonder what is considered a safe voltage for 24/7 for a 3930k, any ideas?

That's a very nice chip man!
Personally I would cap it at 1.45v but some run 1.5v 24/7 with WC.

just remember: hgh voltage WILL degrade a CPU - regardless of heat. uncontrolled heat will kill a CPU also, but too much voltage will degrade a CPU no matter how cool you keep your hardware. can you get 3-5 yrs from 1.5V? i doubt it - not at the same freq anyway. i ran my i7-965 at high voltages and noticed over the years that the OC kept becoming more and more unstable. what started at 4.2-4.3G ended up at 3.7-3.8G after 3-4 yrs. it was on H2O (nearly) the entire time so temps were always kept under control. just something to think about. note: if you don't actually run your PC 24/7 this may not happen as quickly as it did for me, but i fold (Folding@Home) (when i'm not using my PC for other purposes - such as transcoding my DVD collection or gaming) so that computer (and all my current ones) pretty much run at 100% 24/7/365 - unless i leave for any extended period of time.

i decided to setle at 4.8ghz at 1.39v, more than enough for 24/7 which is really not 24/7 is more 4/5hours day, not really a big difference between 4.8ghz and 5.0ghz, 5ghz will be for benchmarking only

really impressive these chips, beyond 50% overclocking whit no problems, the motherboard is also very good, 5 years ago it wasnt so easy to overclock >50% whitout extreme cooling
