Custom aircooling build on Cnc Machine - 570GTX

Hello,
for any time i have build a Ram and Mosfet passivdevice for my Palit 570GTX. I hoped i can overclock, but the potential of the card is not comfortable. Just the card work on standardsettings.

After the production i search a gpucooler for the GPU. I have bought a Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin. As thermal grease, i take only the best and original Coollaboratory Liquid Pro. Ram and Mosfet i take thermal pads from Phobya in 0.5mm thickness. But we have a problem. I dont notice the temperature before and after the modification O.o I can make any tests, but i have no desire^^ Important is, the card is quieter and cooler. And this has been reached.

What did it cost approximately ?

The Accelero will be cost 40€
Liquid Pro costless; directly from my friend Michael(Head of business - Coollaboratory)
Pads around 5€ by Aquatuning
~15€ for Aluminium
0€ mounting Kit (take this by a waterblock)

What weight and dimensions did the aluminium block have ? 15€ seems to be friendly price for building such a nice heatsink...

CNC service would cost more that the material, but i guess you're affiliated somehow with the cnc-shop, correct?

The measure is aprox. 120xx220x15mm. These are aprox. 1Kg.
I dont work with the cnc shop :-( but its a nice dream :-)
