now i will show to develop a high end cpu cooler. At first, you need a concept. My concept in this project is a good copy of the legend of Nexxxos XP REV.2.
Goal is, most surfacearea on small surface. Here we need i very fine cuttool. I take a VHM sawblade with a cutting width of 0,3mm. The pins extent around 484mm?. There we support the most cores.
Then we must think about the yetplates. 2 things are important. The surface in mm? and the schema. This is the big unknown. There we build any yetplates to find it out. Ok, a concept is available. We start to paint. I painted with Solidworks. Later i simulated the cooler in Flowworks. A simulation, you find in the last step.
I generate the pix with Photoview. After rendering i edited the pix in photoshop.

Ok, here we will produce the cooler. @ first, i will mill the top of copper.
