    Double owner here!

    The runt:

    The slightly bigger brother:

Sadly I had no idea how far down the road SC would come out so I didn't want to wait, both will be OC'd as far as they can go anyway. I hope we find out soon if there will be modded vbios's or if the tdp limit is hardware locked.

    GTX Titan SLI @ stock clocks/power+temp targets vs GTX680 SLI @ 1241/7400 (24/7 clocks)

    CPU: 990X @ 4GHz

    RAM: 12GB @ 1866 7-7-7-20

*Titan stock clocks = 992 MHz boost / 6008 MHz

    3DM11 Performance - SLI 680's

    3DM11 Performance - SLI Titans

    3DM11 Xtreme - SLI 680's

    3DM11 Xtreme - SLI Titans

    3DM - SLI 680's

    3DM - SLI Titans

Valley Extreme HD - SLI 680's *(sorry forgot CPUZ/GPUZ but you can OSD in upper right)

Valley Extreme HD - SLI Titans

The scores might not seem like a huge gain, but for example the 3D Mark bench with the CPU @ 4GHz and Titans at stock settings just phoned it in and beat the score layed down by a fellow Aussie's 3960X @ 5.375 GHz and SLI 680's at 1476/7084 MHz. These things have some serious power behind them.

How do your cards act in clock throttling?
    I have two
The "sc signature" just has ants in its pants and goes 1070 up and down to 1170 apita.
both cards same clocks temp and settings

the "sc" card is better more flat for some reason and we score more since it clocks are higher longer.

even with easy dx9 and low temps like 03 ran the flatest with sc card
other one was still all over like drunken schoolgirl

alot of testing i have to do yet to see whats going to work best or if the sc s is just a defect lol

Sorry for messing in the TITAN thread but how its possible they should score hella more...

    I3770K 5GHz HT -1320 core / mem +700 1,24 load First 3DM11 try after gamming, air

and some FURMARK and 3DM11 at 1320 core +700 mem

this are the clocks i run 24/7 Crysis 3 etc

some with all maxed with MSAA X4 high

60fps vsync solid 1320 Core GPU

3DM11 is more CPU limited, 5GHz vs 4GHz (which mine is at) is a huge diff. I gained 2K+ in that bench with only 700MHz more CPU. Compare a more card heavy bench like Firestrike and you'll see the gap widen but even still I gained 1-2K with 700MHz CPU increase - these scores are all with CPU @ 4GHz. If you want apples/apples comparison, put your CPU @ 4GHz and run the same benches, don't run yours at 5GHz and say Titan is slow when my CPU is at 4GHz lol. That's why I did 680 OC vs Titan stock.

Re: Crysis, remember our res difference and the titans are pushing 100 FPS solid.

My Asus does 980MHz default boost speed at stock.
With max offset, stock voltage: 1123MHz, no throttling, only fan speed changing depending on load (but still <60%).

This Titan at stock speed beats my 2x580 SLI under all tests including Futuremark ones.
I am really impressed in my case

im runing Cryis at 1920x1080 all maxed and MSAAx4 and i have VSYNC ON they push more than 60 but i guess you talk on 2560x1440 right ?

either way i think my galaxy's perform awesome compared to the TITAN, yeah i know they have power but im very happy with mines

    cheers friend

Hey cowie - I dont have any crazy throttling, just knocks it down one step when it approaches the temp target then allows it back up. Both my cards sit at 992 MHz stock. I haven't really tried OC much but was playing Crysis at 1110 MHz / 80*C but eventually locked. They will be going under water when Aquacomputer release their blocks.

Serg - I'm at 1600P in games. I'm noticing too the vram use is now well into the 2+ GB range with Crysis 2/3 and BF3. Must be able to detect it and use it as its the same settings as always and with the 680's the highest I saw it was 2011 MB. My 680's would game BF3/Crysis etc at 1398/7600 MHz so they were still quick and much faster than an 'average' 680, but these feel like the average FPS is higher and more stable, much less fluctuation without VSYNC enabled. At 1080P you do not need titans, 680's are the better choice for sure. With the CVAR configurator maxed, Crysis 3 at 1600P falls under 45 FPS with 680's lol......

    ......
Will put a h70 on it see if it helps, i am looking for sinks to put on vrm areas now.

    As for 3d11 sli
    I was putting up 31+k in gpu with 3770k 4.7 cards 1100ish+-+-
So there's big numbers to be had with lastest dx10-dx11 3dmark benches and heaven.
My hwbot wrappered heaven runs testing were as fast as my 7980 clocked with no tess 3450 so that will tel you something right there.

    Edit
Looks like i got the card calmed down with the h70
NOW its just like the other one
    first boot on h70
After a quick on the fly adjustment of my tie wraps got it to max out no more then 45ish in heaven, yesterday it would lock at this clock
    will test more ofcoarse .

Ghetto titan yeah baby i might paint it flat black too

45*C load that's great! Nice work. Probably helps its just bare die and no HS. Can't wait to get my blocks on for silence if nothing else lol. Was there anything to indicate you have taken the cooler off? I was worried about warranty since the lightnings had the void if removed stickers on the screws for the heatsink. These cards had nothing I could see, did you see anything?

These cards are crazy good though, games feel smoother and faster, like my lightnings at 1400+ but these are at stock

It did throttle finally after a longer stress test but just went from 1123MHz down to a stable 1110MHz
Don't worry, all those cards are the same really. Brand doesn't matter for Titan I guess.

I'll just settle at the default boost for the time being. If it can stay at the stock 980MHz boost during the summer under air... I'll just skip waterblocks.

It's completely luck of the draw so far, SC clocks can be achieved easily on the stock version. And people have flashed the stock version with SC vbios without issues.

Nah nothing on it that is in the way, normal straight up job.
If anything it might extend the life by keeping it cool?

Don't worry, all those cards are the same really. Brand doesn't matter for Titan I guess.

I'll just settle at the default boost for the time being. If it can stay at the stock 980MHz boost during the summer under air... I'll just skip waterblocks.
Even around 1000 it still performs well if you can find a cheap aio unit like a h60 or whatever it would be almost as good.

Thats a weird question since i can set the clock at say +100 in ab boost > 1160 set +119> 1150 set +125 >1180 set +110 >1180 so its new to me too say the least.

But to answer not so far.
That card is getting puddy on it to see how it reacts to -30 -40 temps

    H70 cooled card
just temp checks in some benches

f'ed this ss up 4.0 cpu 1189 card max

Oh for vc read i am using these points marked in yellow on
inductors + side, thats ok i think right? i could not find one on the back lol
    I read .897 2d 1.225 3d
Did not solder wire on so will do and check on the fly
