BP3SATA Hot swap backplane availability in USA

I'm having a hard time finding the BP3SATA Hot swap backplane in USA - or anywhere for that matter. Is is still in production? Do you know where I can purchase it?

Yes, the BP3SATA is still in production. It does seem that it is out of stock in the US, though. Several retailers will have some in stock in the beginning of April, most notably http://www.performance-pcs.com. They often have many Lian Li parts.
