    Sandy mobile, memory scaling

    Hey guys!
Hope you can help me find some material to check.

I got myself a sandy laptop (yeah I am a little slow!) basicly just upgraded due the need for 16GB ram... And guess what, this thread is about the ram as well, I got PC12800 C11 in there now, just some cheap sticks, Corsair value.... But how does the mobile versions scale with ram? Would I benefit by ~12% or more by swapping to PC15000 C10 instead?

Anyone spotted any tests comparing the mobile CPUs use of ram? As in compared CL9 vs. 10, 11... PC8500, 12800, 15000 and so on.

    Thanks in advance.

Lenovo Thinkpad X220, and it reads XMP/SPD from my Corsair Value Select, thinking it'll read SPD from lets say.... G.Skill C10 PC15000 as well, but if its no gain, as in less than 5%, I wont spend 100 USD+ on making the change.
