I'm looking to find a case that's been turned 180 degrees, like the mods we see on murdermod TJ-07's. Still using an ATX form factor but the board is reversed/inversed?

Unfortunately without carefully controlled testing it's impossible to know if blowing the heat from the PSU with other air, over the CPU/GPU is a good thing or not. If you like the case and it meets your needs, then go for it. I wouldn't necessarily buy it based on the alleged but unconfirmed benefits, however.
