MSI 7950 Twin Frozr 3 with 3 SKUs?

Newegg is selling them under one SKU and Tiger direct has it listed as Model#: R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD with overclocked added to the listing? The o/c v2 edition with the 7970 pcb is the best one to buy right?

TwinFrozr cards are solid regardless of which one you buy. My only problem with them (and this is true of all manufacturers) is that the stock cooler may look flashier than reference designs but make no mistake they still suck. You'll want to at least put a Gelid Icy Vision A on the card if you value low temps, silence and your sanity.

I really don't need to overclock a 7950 to much. My old HD4850 will make the upgrade night and day!

They're significantly better than the reference coolers, in my experience.

Of course an AC or Gelid cooler blows it out of the water.

Blown out of the water is understatement IMO. Vapor-X and TwinFrozr coolers had max temps in the ballpark of 77c - 85c, Gelid cooler max temps I've seen are around 62c. GPU manufacturers still have a LOT to learn about making a cooler thats both efficient and silent. Makes me wonder how much more I could get out of my old GTX460 if I slapped a Gelid cooler on it, the Cyclone cooler saw the GPU hitting 80c+ @ 900MHz 1.1v.

I ended up with the Boost o/c card with two six pin power connectors. So far it is running at core 1200mhz mem 1400mhz with a max temp of 69c.
