2 wan, 2 lan, how to share resources?

Two buildings separated by other buildings but with line of sight between them.

Each building has broadband and its own lan.

What do I need to know/learn to link the two together and share internet connections?

I am thinking the link can be achieved with a pair of these ubiquiti-nanostation-m5-mimo units http://www.4gon.co.uk/ubiquiti-nanos...mo-p-4733.html but the rest is somewhat unclear.

My end runs a pfsense router the other building is less well endowed just now.

Thoughts/advice anyone?

I'm not sure how far those devices are good for. I've actually been considering setting up something like this (with Ubiquiti devices) for a while.
It's a fairly standard setup for businesses with multiple locations. Although, they generally don't share internet over that (too slow/expensive, some service is down anyway). Get ready for me to explain it using mad MSPaint Skilz.

I don't know exactly how this would be done with static routes. What I have above probably isn't all of the info needed.
Basically my thinking here is that you would setup your firewall on each end (using the guide here) to have the secondary gateway be the gateway of the other building. Then you just have to have some way of actually routing traffic to that IP.
I would use OSPF, inject default routes, and let the routers figure the rest out. Dunno how exactly to do that yet, though
