    120mm fan, 100,000 hour life time, 25dBa, 64CFM

I've seen a lot of good fans in my time, and although this doesn't have a huge air flow, 64cfm is still a decent amount of air, especially at below whisper levels.
Thought some people may be interested in these expensive, but worth it In my opinion.

EDIT: most fan's I've come across have there dB-a rating at lowest rpm, when you turn it up, it's a fair bit louder. I've got 6 Cooler master fans rated at 19dba, but at full speed they are noisy. These Jaycar fans at full speed, are quieter than my Cooler master at low speed.

i would just get some of the swiftech fans or some GTs if you want quiet fans, that $35 price point kills it for me. and they look like they have the standard blade design, you are getting more air noise than motor noise with under 2k rpm anyways with most fans.

They make gentle typhoons sound like an actual typhoon, there is practically zero noise at full rpm. I agree the price point will be a killer for a lot of people though.

What a dumb price for a fan. I agree with the above there are other fans that outshine this, and noise level GTs are pretty quite at lower RPMs and still move enough air.

Any proper fan blade design with fluid dynamic bearings will last over 100,000hrs and run damn near silent.

I prefer the 140mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro's myself.

A little research would have found those fans are fail.

They don't push anywhere near the same amount of air the GT's do, that's why they may sound better to the human ear but actual testing equipment says differently.
