At the moment, I got a Dell PERC 6/i, unfortunately it only supports up to 2TB units, the performance is MORE than plenty!
But at next upgrade I will probably swap to 4TB drives, to save power, and price/TB will be best fo these at the given point.
What I am looking for is:
HW RAID
Support up to 8 units
Low Power consumption
Lowest possible price
If you know a great review page for what I need, please do link me! I'd like to read more about this for certain.

I've had luck with the Adaptec 7805s for 4TB drive, but given their costs, may some of the older series cards?
