    K.3nny's TopNotch Phantom 820 Casemod getting allong.....

    New build new changes

    Thnks to NZXT HQ for this case: NZXT Phantom 820 Gunmetal.

    Gonna strip it down, tear it up and design and build a better one in my style.

    Stock, It isnt my style, to futuristic, Gonna flip it all over,go the clean route and Do my thing.





    Flipped motherboard I/O is on the upper now.







    I need a clean top panel now, gonna leave only the mesh part stock, the rest will be cleaned

    Cutted the top


    Created a sheat of alu to be the new top plate


    Mounting holes


    More holes :P


    Fits like a glove *thats flush !






    Time to mark al the holes and cut-outs

    Parvum commin to an end almost (or not ) but progress was needed!

    Did some things today

    2x Gtx 470 incl all EK assecoires, littlte older then people wanna see in buildlogs, but hey, Low budget = me








    I will make Custom tops for the blocks

    Did also some work on the case, finished the top (the big works) and pop rivited the whole chassis!













    Gonna create my own feet and gonna remake the back panel, also goin to remake the whole inside!

    Few days back i had allot of scrap plexi, (thanks to father in law ) normally would take 1.5mm alu, but hey, some quality plexi is also a good thing !





















    Need to wait on some rads who are still in production soon i wil buy 6pumps/tops: http://www.highflow.nl/pompen/andere...ion-13154.html + http://www.highflow.nl/pompen/andere...top-13136.html . (dual loop)
    Because i can u know :P just some crazy ass loops!

    Loop1: RES-3xPUMP-360(backpanel )-GPU-GPU-RES.
    Loop2: RES-3xPUMP-360(frontpanel )-CPU-MEM-RES.

    Update !!

    Custom front door, Gonna weld the grill into the door








    Also gonna weld this under airfilter handle thing into the front:






    The front will be made in one piece, i am going to weld the door also, Clean as a Muttertrucker

    Also did mounted all the plexi panels because one of these days my rads will come with the mail i needed to be sure it would fit the 8CM!(yes 8!) thick rads











    Hardware test fit, so i cant make a mistake with the rads

    Update!

    Did allot today, alle the panels are done! (exclusive the rad cut-outs)

    NOTE! some pics are edited, Some parts i cant show! (secret stuff )

    Starting with the hardware AGAIN in the case, so everything get the fit as is should!


    Mounted and drilled everything for the panel support and connection.

    also i figured out how to connect the first line of 3 pumps, so i could make the support and the connection tabs

    Finished the pump connection plates






    3 little pumps !




    scrollsawed the radiator holes, and a notch here and there






    All sawed panels

    Played a little with the pumps, Think this is is the final outcome, i got plenty of room so thats not the point, but i dont want to hide them, i know its cleaner (always when you hide stuff)






    First Panel is done ! realy glad with the results.

    Full custom parts, RVS tubing unique style.



























    A little bit unique isnit

    There are all loose pieces, and cutted from a RVS pipe, the diameter is 13mmID

    Using is pretty simple, Full hoses, or only the sight, maybe even only tagging it with an emblem, no problem! will let you guys know more soon!
