1100T CH4 Extreme At idle all of a sudden re-booted

never before has my machine rebooted at idle, it was -42c i had the cpu voltage 1.45v...... 4250mhz
also i have a new asus gtx680 DC11 Top, video card running at default 1137mhz, im hoping this is the case. the gtx680 im just using till my other gpu card comes back from repair.
my computer started back up i lowered the cpu voltage....so far so good
any ideas amd specialists....

Is there any specific event recorded at the time of reboot (Search programs & files > Event Viewer)

nothing at that time with the Event viewer, i just checked...
i was on outlook express mail just ideling, on the phone at that moment....
